4. A Woonsocket man accused in connection with a Warwick computer fraud case has completed his 30-day jail term. Matthew Nadeau, 43, pleaded no contest to one count of using computers for fraudulent purposes at his arraignment on May 13. (Warwick Post)
5. The number of current COVID-19 hospitalizations in Rhode Island has dropped to its lowest level in approximately eight months. Health officials reported 72 COVID-19 patients in the hospital this week, the fewest since September 2020. (U.S. News)
