Woonsocket — Free ESL and GED classes! Free registration! Community Care Alliance is now enrolling students for Project LEARN. Classes are in Cumberland, Woonsocket and Central Falls. Sixteen and 17 year-olds must have an Alternative Learning Form to enter the program. Interested individuals should call 401-769-4200 for details and registering.
