Gov. Gina Raimondo To Kick Off Manufacturing Week In Woonsocket

WOONSOCKET, RI — The first week of October is Manufacturing Week in Rhode Island, and on Thursday, Gov. Gov. Gina Raimondo is scheduled to kick off the week at Woonsocket's Museum of Work and Culture.
Manufacturing Week recognizes the major contribution that manufacturing plays in the state's economic success, according to the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association. The kick-off event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, at the museum located at 42 South Main St.
