Grand Re-Opening Of McDonald’s in Woonsocket
Prizes range from a Big Mac to a 2-year lease on a Nissan.

From the City of Woonsocket Mayor's Office: The new look of McDonald’s is being unveiled in Woonsocket, RI with a rebuild to the restaurant located at Diamond Hill Plaza, 1900 Diamond Hill Road. McDonald’s restaurant Owner/Operators Joseph Spadea and David Balducci are inviting the community to the Grand Re-Opening at 10 am on Monday, April 30 at 10 am. The family became owners of this restaurant 15 years ago in 2003.
McDonald’s is raising the bar on everything they do — from food to putting more choice and control in the hands of customers. As such, the Woonsocket restaurant now features self-order kiosks, table service and a double-lane drive-thru for faster service. Benefits of these enhancements include:
• For customers looking to order at their own pace, new digital self-order kiosks make ordering and paying for
a meal easy. Kiosks empower guests to browse the menu, find new options and tailor their meal just the
way they want.
• Customers can pay with their card directly at the self-order kiosks, print their receipt from the kiosk and pay
at the cash register, or use Apple or Android Pay.
• Table service offers a more engaging, relaxed dine-in experience. When ordering, guests will receive a table
number with a built-in chip that translates to the kitchen where the guest has decided to sit, so a crew
member can deliver their food when it’s ready.
• Guests can still order at the counter if they would prefer – it’s up to them!
On April 30, the restaurant will also be giving away one-hundred (100) Big Mac ® sandwiches, 1 each to the first 100 customers at 10:00 am!
Register to win: (details in store, winners to be announced June 9, at 12 noon)
