Judge Sides with City on Junkyard
Woonsocket officials can now move forward on cleaning up the property.
An illegal junkyard will be cleaned up by the city after a Superior Court judge has ruled in their favor.
The operation will take place tomorrow with with state inspector and Woonsocket police. They will arrive at the property at 472 Knight st is which owned by Albert Gaffney Jr.to check the registrations of cars.
There are more than 40 cars of the two acre residential lot.
