Marvin Levinson

WOONSOCKET, RI—Marvin Toby Levinson, 87, died March 26, in Northbrook, Ill. He was the son of the late Irving and Evelyn (Pollyea) Levinson. He leaves his wife of 47 years Rena-Ellen 'Cookie' (Gurwitz) Levinson; and brother David. His sister-in-law was the late Joan Levinson. He also leaves his nephews Andrew and Bradley and several great-nephews. He also leaves his wife's family in Woonsocket.

Mr. Levinson was graduated from Hyde Park High School and the University of California. He owned a men's clothing store in Chicago. He and his wife met after she moved to Chicago from Woonsocket.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Animal Shelter at www.heartlandanimalshelter.net or to any Israeli charity. There is no visitation.
