Linda S. King, age 60, of Wood Avenue, Woonsocket, died on Sunday, August 21, 2016, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence.

Linda S. King, age 60, of Wood Avenue, Woonsocket, died on Sunday, August 21, 2016, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Richard J. and Lillian T. (Barrette) King, she lived in Warwick before moving to Woonsocket 16 years ago.Linda was employed in the office of Cathedral Corporation in Lincoln for 20 years.
She is survived by a sister, Deborah J. Powers and her husband Warren, of Warwick; a nephew, Warren William Powers, III and his wife Jennifer, of Johnston; a niece, Heather Nicole Powers and her fiancé Kenneth Bruno, of North Providence; and a grandniece, Allyson Marie Bruno. She was the sister of the late Michael J. King.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, August 25, from 9 - 11 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a committal service to follow at 12 noon in St. Ann Cemetery Chapel, Cranston Street, Cranston. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
