Planet Fitness Grand Re-Opening Celebration in Woonsocket on 9/19

Planet Fitness will celebrate the grand re-opening of its newly renovated facility in Woonsocket with a ribbon cutting ceremony, giveaways and free pizza and bagels beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 19. The renovated facility opened July 25, 2017 at new location at 1500 Diamond Hill Road and has been under construction over the past two months. At 21,000 total sq. feet, the Woonsocket club now features equipment upgrades, including all new state of the art cardio machines, strength equipment and a 30-Minute Express Circuit. Facility enhancements have also been made and consist of brand new and fully equipped spa-like locker rooms, numerous flat screen televisions, HydroMassage beds*, massage chairs*, tanning beds, a Total Body Enhancement booth*, and more.

Planet Fitness Franchisees Stephen and Anne Marie Lukin will also present an oversized check in the amount of $2,500 to the Boys & Girls Club of Woonsocket. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Woonsocket is a non-profit organization working to help youth of all background, with a special concern for those who need it most, develop the qualities to become responsible citizens and leaders.
