WOONSOCKET, RI—T-Mobile is coming to Woonsocket, the mayor's office announced. The mobile phone company will open a store in the Walnut Hill Plaza. According to the mayor, the news is another sign the City's economy is on the upswing.
"A business friendly community and an improving economy have resulted in a surge of new business development along an important commercial district in Woonsocket," Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt said. "T-Mobile is a great addition to Walnut Hill Plaza and to our City and we look forward to future business development in 2017.”
