This car tax for someone who is disabled and sick to impose a car tax is unethical. How do I get to Doctors and emergency rooms without a car is impossible. Not to mention drug stores and food stores. This tax reform does not help us. It's up to our local representatives to help us. Obama killed our meager cola increases. We depend on our local Representatives to be honest and compassionate. Our local Congressit, turns a deaf ear. Time for changes next election!
