Winter Storm Advisory For Smithfield & Woonsocket

The warning has been cancelled. Though snow is expected to start overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning, it should switch over to rain.

Two inches is in the forecast for Kent and Providence counties, with snow changing to rain early at the coast, meaning little or no accumulation there.
