1. A Woonsocket man has been accused of first-degree child molestation, sexual assault, and numerous counts of assault with the intention to commit child molestation. Mamadou Ndoye, 40, was indicted by the Providence County Grand Jury on June 25. (Patch)
2. Gov. Dan McKee has announced that all K-12 schools will return to full in-person learning this fall and a distance learning option will no longer be required. (WPRI)

3. A bill requiring single-use restrooms to be designated for all genders is now heading to Gov. Dan McKee's desk for approval. The bill would amend the state's building code, requiring that single-use restrooms in public buildings to be made available for people of all genders by Jan. 1, 2022. (Patch)
4. A 2-month-old boy who was in temporary custody of the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families has died. The department and Westerly police are conducting an investigation. (NBC 10 News)
5. Rhode Island Health officials reported two additional COVID-19 deaths and 24 new cases Wednesday. The total number of known cases in the state is now 152,613. (NBC 10 News)
