Woonsocket Fourth Of July Fireworks And Concert 2017
Here's what you need to know about the Fourth of July fireworks in Woonsocket.
WOONSOCKET, RI — July is closer than you think. Woonsocket's annual Independence Day concert and fireworks celebration is set for Monday, July 3, at Barry Memorial Field. Festivities kick-off at 7 p.m. with a musical performance by local favorites Jeff Gamache and Runaway Train. The fireworks display follows the concert. It's expected to start at approximately 9 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to fully enjoy the night’s performances, the City said. In the event of rain, the concert and fireworks will be rescheduled for Wednesday, July 5.
