Woonsocket Student Receives $1k RI Board of Realtors Scholarship

Aalyiah Reynolds, a senior at Woonsocket High School, is one of two students to receive the award.

WOONSOCKET, RI — The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors announced Monday that a Woonsocket High School senior is one of its 2021 scholarship recipients.

Aalyiah Reynolds is one of two students to receive the award and will be given a total of $1,000.

“We were honored to be in a position to offer assistance to high school seniors who have endured a difficult year unlike any other,” said Robert Williamson, 2021 President of the board. “As Realtors, it is important that we give back to our community, especially to support the next generation as they continue their education."

The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors scholarship program is supported by donations made by the board's partners that are located throughout Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket and Woonsocket.

The scholarship application and guidelines are posted here each January.
