ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA — A statewide effort to evacuate as many possible people from South Carolina to avoid the full-on assault of Hurricane Dorian has been underway since Monday, Sept. 2, and it looks like even the goats in the Palmetto State are being looked after.

The goats of Goat Island in Murrells Inlet were evacuated ahead of the storm, and it was a laugh-out-loud funny process to behold.

The goats weren't thrilled with the whole ordeal. They ran like they were pushed by the hurricane winds. And getting them into the boat? Think again. It might've been easier to herd flies.
