Baby Veronica Case Coming Back to SC Courts
South Carolina's high court ordered to address the case quickly.

The South Carolina Supreme Court will once again weigh in on the Baby Veronica case.
The U.S. Supreme Court decided last week that the case should go back to the South Carolina court system for a new ruling, saying that the Indian Child Welfare Act, which was the basis for the state court's earlier ruling awarding custody to the girl's biological father, should not apply in this case.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday issued an order that South Carolina take up the custody case quickly, Live5News reports.Â
