Lowcountry Food Bank distributes millions of pounds of food to food-insecure children, seniors, and adults every year throughout coastal South Carolina. Working at Lowcountry Food Bank is an opportunity to expand efforts to address the injustices surrounding food insecurity and ensuring people in need meet their basic right to food.

The IT Support Technician assists the information technology enterprise system to support business operations. The candidate will provide end-user support and training to personnel in all facility locations. End-user support includes providing satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner, problem resolution, and assistance with IT onboarding of new users. The candidate will also maintain software inventory and licensing, instructional guides and identifications for audit and insurance purposes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in computer systems (hardware/software) and networks to include: Windows, Android/iOS, Chrome and Office 365; a high school diploma or GED; and an ability to explain technical information to nontechnical team members. A flexible schedule may be necessary along with availability to attend weekend and evening events on occasion.
