Deputies Seek Woman for Pharmacy Hold-Up

Charleston County sheriff's deputies are searching for a woman who held up a Savannah Highway pharmacy Friday. 

Here's a statement from the sheriff's office:

On Friday September 13, 2013 at approximately 7:27 p.m. Charleston County deputies responded to the Walgreen’s at 3621 Savannah Hwy Charleston in reference to a reported robbery.

Upon arrival deputies were advised that a W/F entered the store and handed over a note demanding oxycodone. The female left the store after receiving an unknown quantity of pills, K-9 tracked to the rear of the store and Old Charleston Road where a vehicle may have been waiting.

The female was wearing a white long sleeve shirt, black pants, flip flops, sunglasses and a black baseball type cap. She also wore blue surgical type gloves.

Investigation continues. Anyone knowing the identity or whereabouts of the female pictured in surveillance photos is asked to call the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office at 843-202-1700 or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
