Incredible Videos Of Flooding In Charleston: Hurricane Dorian

A high risk of flash flood has been issued for the state of South Carolina as Hurricane Dorian moves along the coast.

CHARLESTON, SC — Flooding has already begun in Charleston, South Carolina, as the city braces for the full impact of the incoming Hurricane Dorian.

Rains bands are sweeping through the area, and as many as 15 inches of rain are expected to fall by Saturday. The National Hurricane Center has issued a high risk of flash flood for the city.

"The combination of a dangerous storm surge and the tide will cause normally dry areas near the coast to be flooded by rising waters moving inland from the shoreline," the warning said.
