Drone video, dog rescues and more.

South Carolina and surrounding areas continue to deal with the aftermath of what Gov. Nikki Haley called a “thousand-year” flood.
The rain and flooding has so far taken 16 lives — 14 in South Carolina and two in North Carolina — according to the Associated Press, and damaged countless more homes.
Officers have responded to 4,300 calls for service 1,800 of which were car crashes, the AP reported.
Even though the rain has stopped, the state isn’t out of the woods yet.
Haley said Tuesday that there were still rivers that hadn’t crested yet, and that some coastal areas could still be evacuated over the next two days, according to the AP.
