What Should Go Here: 512 King St.
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties
Judging from the peeling paint along the Mary Street side of this building the last tenant to occupy this two-story downtown building was Leon's Mens & Boys Wear, and that was a long time ago.
However redevelopment and renovation of old buildings has been spreading north along King Street for more than a decade now, and this spot at the corner of King and Mary streets would seem a prime spot, even if it will take a lot of work.
