When McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation moved off the downtown peninsula it left this large building on Wentworth Street vacant.
The property comes with plenty of parking, quite a perk when you get downtown. That and the commercial nature of the property should make it a relatively hot property, but it has been empty for a few years now.
