Gamecock fans should plan for another New Year's Day trip to sunny Florida.

Another year, and another New Year's trip to Florida for a South Carolina bowl game appears to be in the works.
With only two SEC teams eligible for BCS berths, South Carolina despite its No. 9 BCS ranking is going to be left out.
That's right. While the BCS bowls can pick two of No. 4 Alabama, No. 5 Georgia, No. 6 Florida, No. 7 LSU, No. 8 Texas A&M and No. 9 Gamecocks.

Outback Bowl in Tampa versus Wisconsin?

Or will the Gamecocks head to Atlanta and play N.C. State in the Chick-fil-A Bowl?
All depends if South Carolina takes care of business against in-state rivals Wofford and Clemson in the next two weeks.
