These homes with price tags in excess of $1 million are joining the growing number of luxury properties already listed in the Charleston area. Realtors report a robust real estate market in recent months, and that's fueled confidence among many upscale homeowner, who had been waiting through the rough economy to list their homes.

Here are three that were listed within the last six months. 

1 - 118 and 120 S. Battery, Charleston
Four nearly $4 million, you can be the proud owner of a historic fixer-upper, but there's a lot to this home than what first meets the eye.
