 West defeated the SC District 1 Host Team today during the fifth day of play in the 2013 Big League World Series.

West earned its first run in the third and followed it with one in the fourth.

District 1 kept West from scoring again and the Host Team earned its first run in the sixth inning, but could not pull ahead of West.
