Berkeley County Mulls Establishing Goose Creek Office

If some members of Berkeley County Council, Goose Creek may get a satellite county office, the Post and Courier reported.

The idea would be to establish the office some time in the next fiscal year. The cost is estimated at $160,000. 

“I can guarantee you that this county is going to grow exponentially ... so therefore at some point, there’s going need to be a satellite office,” Councilman Tim Callanan told the Post and Courier. “And denying that, I think, is foolhardy.”
