Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Goose Creek man they say was soliciting a minor via text message, Live 5 News reported.
Michael Wayne Manar, 37, was arrested Friday after he allegedly sent texts to an undercover deputy. The phone the deputy had belonged to the daughter of a family that described Manar as a family friend.Â
