A man allegedly showed his middle finger to councilmen during a Berkeley County council meeting in July, the Goose Creek Gazette reported.
Councilman Ken Gunn called for security to remove citizen Don Bailey after Bailey allegedly flipped the bird at Gunn and Councilman Tim Callanan. Bailey told the Gazette he was scratching his lip.
