Walmart Shuts Down for Ticking, Suspicious Package
Charleston County Bomb Squad determines package was not a threat.

Walmart on St. James Avenue was evacuated and shut down for several hours Friday after a suspicious package was heard "ticking."
The incident began at around 7:30 a.m. Charleston County Sheriff's Office's Bomb Squad evaluated the situation and determined that it was not a danger to the public. Â
The box was collected and will be analyzed by Goose Creek Police Department investigators.Â
