Cleveland Street Resurfacing Starts Monday In Greenville

On Monday, September 21, crews will begin milling and repaving the section of Cleveland Street from East Camperdown Way to Southland Avenue.

On Monday, September 21, crews will begin milling and repaving the section of Cleveland Street from East Camperdown Way to Southland Avenue. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and is expected to take a month to complete. While one lane will remain open in each direction, motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use caution when traveling in the vicinity.

This project is part of the Municipal Match Resurfacing Program managed by the Greenville Legislative Delegation Transportation Committee’s (GLDTC) construction management group CoTransCo. Cleveland Street is one of several streets scheduled for repaving this fall as part of the program, including Stratham Street, from David Street to the city limits; Pinehurst Street, from Summit Drive to North Avondale Drive; Mall Connector Road, from Halton Road to Woods Crossing Road; Azalea Court, from Crescent Ridge Drive to Conway Drive; and Cavalier Drive, from Mauldin Road to Fairforest Way.
