Greenville City Hosts Drop-In Meeting On Flatiron Project
There will not be a formal presentation, so area residents and business owners are invited to drop in anytime between 11:30 and 1:30.

The City of Greenville will host a drop-in style meeting on Tuesday, May 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Village of West Greenville Plaza, located between Pendleton Street and Perry/Branwood Streets, to discuss proposed improvements in the area around the Flatiron Building at 1211 Pendleton Street and 1201 Pendleton Street.
City staff and the owner of the Flatiron Building will be onsite to answer questions and discuss the project, which will include new lighting, new sidewalks, a new art plaza, new on-street parking and improvements to Burdette Street. There will not be a formal presentation, so area residents and business owners are invited to drop in anytime between 11:30 and 1:30.
