brush painting class-Chrysanthemums

The instructor:

Wei Yao, an artist in Chinese
Painting. Experienced in teaching adult and 
children for Chinese painting.

Purpose of the
class:

-Students will learn basic Chinese
painting skills on rice paper in 2 hours.

-Each student will be able to take
home his/her completed masterpiece.

-The instructor will help students
to write their own signature on the painting written in Chinese characters.

Participants:    

-Any art lover at age 8 or up.

-No previous experience required.

-Each class is limited to 8
students.

Materials:

All materials will be provided by
the instructor. (brush, rice paper, ink, seals for decoration on students’
works)

Cost:

            $30 per lesson

Time:

            10:30 AM-12:30 PM
