Dutch Fork High Grad Murphy Holloway Named to Second Team All-SEC

Irmo native Murphy Holloway, a forward for the University of Mississippi, has been named to the 2013 All-Southeastern Conference second team.

Holloway, a 6-foot-7 senior at Ole Miss, is a graduate of Dutch Fork High School. 

While at Dutch Fork, Holloway was named the South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year, Class 4A Player of the Year and Mr. Basketball as a senior.

He also became the leading scorer at Dutch Fork under Coach Leon Hogan with 1,487 career points.

Holloway averages 14.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game.
