Updated: Lexington County's Most Wanted: Sept. 9

*Editor's note: This post has been updated to note the recent arrest of one of the people listed on the Most Wanted list. 

Brandon Joseph Brown, 23, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 115 Martin Neese Road, Swansea. Brown is 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 174 pounds. Brown has brown hair and blue eyes. 

Stanley Ray Lubkin, 25, is wanted on a magistrate’s court bench warrant that was issued after Lubkin failed to appear in court on charges of breaking into a motor vehicle and shoplifting. His last known address was 640 Cosmos Road, Neeses. Lubkin is 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 188 pounds. Lubkin has brown hair and brown eyes.

*Charles Heward Spires, 26, was arrested Saturday on charges of grand larceny and receiving stolen goods as well as a family court bench warrant that was issued after Spires failed to make court-ordered child support payments in Lexington County. Spires is 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 180 pounds. Spires has brown hair and brown eyes.
