Obits: Lowell K. Hopkins, Jonathan Bedell, William B. Raffinie

Lowell K. Hopkins, 78, passed away on Sunday, April 13. Hopkins retired as an engineer with Southern Bell in 1987 and then retired from S.C. Budget and Control Board in 2013. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 18, at Dunbar Funeral Home's Dutch Fork Chapel in Irmo. Read the full obituary here. 

Jonathan "Jonny" Corey Howard Bedell, 27, passed away Thursday, April 11. Bedell worked part-time at Carolina Wildlife and the SC Department of Employment and Workforce. Read the full obituary here. 

William B. Raffinie, 91, passed away Thursday, April 11. Raffinie was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, Korea and served during Vietnam, retiring with over 20 years of service. After his military career, he worked in the Engineering Department of the S.C. Highway Department. Read the full obituary here.
