Police: Man Charged After Exposing Himself at Harbison Boulevard Store

Columbia Police arrested a man accused of exposing himself at the Kohl’s department store on Harbison Boulevard.

Two loss prevention officers noticed a man exposing and fondling himself near the children’s section of the store located at 120 Harbison Boulevard at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 17.

The officers called 911 and detained the man in the parking lot until city police arrived, according to a news release.  

The man, 34-year-old Dedric Isreal, has been charged with indecent exposure.
