Report: Richland County Deputy Suspended After Assault at Columbia Restaurant
The 49-year-old deputy was off-duty at the time of the incident.
A Richland County Sheriff's deputy was suspended after he allegedly assaulted a woman at a Columbia restaurant, according to a report from WLTX.
Forty-nine-year-old Allen Paul Derrick is suspended without pay following the alleged assault at Buffalo Wild Wings at 4500 Devine Street, the report said. He was off-duty at the time of the incident.Â
