Estimated opening dates announced for Lexington Square

Opening dates have been announced for Lexington Square, a new retail center in SC being developed by S.J. Collins Enterprises.

Estimated opening dates have been announced for several businesses at Lexington Square, a new neighborhood-oriented retail center in South Carolina being developed by commercial real estate development firm S.J. Collins Enterprises.

Last week, the nearly 50,000-square-foot Lowes Foods grocery store was the first to open at the retail center. Hollywood Feed and Orangetheory Fitness will follow suit with September 2017 openings. In October 2017, Sukiya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi, Sola Salon Studios and Creative Nail Salon are expected to open. Pacific Dental Services, Firenza Pizza and Palm Beach Tan are scheduled for December 2017.

With a total retail building square footage of almost 87,000 square feet, the retail hub represents a $30 million investment in the market, bringing with it over 200 jobs. Located at 5222 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, Lexington Square is easily accessible at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Hope Ferry Road.

Lexington Square is currently 90 percent leased. Limited opportunities are still available for quality merchants in Lexington Square. For more information on the retail hub’s diverse merchandising mix or leasing options, contact S.J. Collins at 770-692-8300 ext. 130.
