Lexington County Recycling Phone Books Year-Round
The county is now accepting unwanted phonebooks year-round at the curb or at its recycling centers.

Lexington County residents can now recycle unwanted phone books year-round in their curbside bin or at any of the 11 Lexington County recycling centers, the county announced Friday.
At the recycling centers, phone books can be placed in the same recycling container as newspapers and magazines.

The locations of the centers are:
- Ball Bark Road – 301 Ballpark Road, Lexington
- Bush River Road – 6109 Bush River Road, Columbia
- Chapin – 103 Distant Lane, Chapin
- Edmund – 498 Landfill Lane, Lexington
- Hollow Creek – 125 Beulah Church Road, Gilbert
- Leesville – 702 South Lee Street, Leesville
- Pelion – 1325 South Pine Street, Pelion
- River Chase – 110 River Chase Way, Lexington
- Sandhills – 3241 Charleston Highway, Cayce
- Southeast – 538 Martin Neese Road, Swansea
- Summit – 419 Sandpit Rd, Leesville
