Lexington Retail Center Sold for $4.25 Million
The small Sunset Boulevard center includes Krispy Kreme and Miyo's.
A 14,000-square-foot retail shopping center in Lexington has been sold for $4.25 million.
According to CoStar Group, which reports on commercial real estate transactions across the country, the center (which includes 5594 and 5596 Sunset Boulevard) was purchased by Scarafoni Associates from JDE.
The shopping center includes Krispy Kreme, Jersey Mikes, PakMail and Miyo's.
