RE/MAX Purpose Driven Announces New Broker-In-Charge

Real Estate office RE/MAX Purpose Driven announces new Broker-In-Charge. RE/MAX Purpose Driven is the Number 1 RE/MAX office in Columbia, SC

As RE/MAX Purpose Driven continues to grow and thrive, we would like to announce our newest Broker-In-Charge Debi Warner-Lafayette for this prestigious accomplishment. Debi Warner-Lafayette has an undeniable passion for homes. As a child, she didn’t doodle flowers or seascapes, but floor plans - so it was no surprise that she got into the business. While going to real estate school in Charlotte, she became a paralegal at a title company for Ryan Homes. In an apprenticeship role, she learned about real estate from the ground up and she was quickly promoted to managing her own office in Greenville, SC! A year later she walked into the builder’s office and told them she wanted to sell. The next few years were incredibly fulfilling as she helped people create and build the home of their dreams! She earned every award that NVR had to offer and had the opportunity to train and mentor several agents who went on to become corporate trainers, sales managers, private home builders and internet lead service managers. Another promotion within Ryan took her back to Charlotte as a VP of Sales and Marketing for the South Charlotte Division and eventually here to Columbia to facilitate and acquisition of Rymarc homes. After years on the corporate side, Debi embarked on a new challenge by going to work for a private builder, Holiday Builders, for 3 years before taking the leap into general brokerage at RE/MAX Purpose Driven.

It is true to say that RE/MAX Purpose Driven has chosen only the best for the Broker-In-Charge position as Debi’s experience and achievements are astonishing.
