U.S. News: Lexington High Ranked Among the Best

Lexington High School has been named one of the best in South Carolina and one of the best in the nation in an annual ranking. 

U.S. News & World Report's annual list of the "Best High Schools" was released Tuesday, and it lists Lexington High as number nine in the state and number 1,100 in the nation.

To conduct the survey, U.S. News & World Report gathered information on 21,000 high schools from 49 states and the District of Columbia.
