Two New Restaurants Announced for Magnolia Park
The Woodruff Road development will add Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill to its growing mix of eateries and retail.

Developers of Magnolia, the massive redevelopment of the old Greenville mall on Woodruff Road, announced that two more restaurants will be added to the site.
First on the menu is Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, according to Florida-based developer Menin Development. The 6,500-square-foot restaurant will commence construction soon, with an anticipated June completion date, and a plan to open for business in November. The restaurant will be located to the existing Rooms to Go store.
Following that, the site also has plans for Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, which plans to open sometime in mid 2014. That restaurant is slotted for a spot in front of Regal Cinemas, according to the developer.
Country singer Toby Keith named the eatery after his hit single, "I Love This Bar." The restaurant is expected to boast live music like other locations around the country.
The latest announcements come on the heels of recent announcements by Dave & Buster's restaurant, Big Daddy's Burger Bar, and Cabela's, a national hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear retailer.
At present, Magnolia Park has approximately 550,000 square feet of existing retail space, with plans to add another 520,000 square feet of retail, along with 375,000 square feet of office, hotel and residential space, Menin said.
