Upstate Residents Respond to Supreme Court DOMA Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday morning struck down the Defense of Marriage Act as unconstitutional, a move that guarantees the same rights to legally married homesexual couples as legally married heterosexual couples.
