Evan Guthrie Law Firm Volunteers Gives Back To Teddy Bear Picnic In Charleston, SC

Evan Guthrie, of Evan Guthrie Law Firm, located locally in Charleston, South Carolina gladly extends his hand at volunteering for the local community at an annual picnic event. On Sunday March 9th, 2014 Charleston held it’s famous Teddy Bear Picnic. Located in the sunny Hampton Park, The Charleston Parks Conservancy Event reaches out to South Carolina children and families for a day of fun. The purpose beyond this great event is to provide an outlet of enjoyment and learning for the local families. Numerous activity booths are stationed around the park providing fun games and projects for the children.

The event features a teddy bear first aid station, a crown-crafting booth, a seed-planting place, an environmental education lecture, and concludes with a teddy bear parade. The event brings the local community together for a great day in the park. Attorney Guthrie volunteered and helped work at booths engaging with the participants. Traveling from station to station throughout the day Attorney Guthrie thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities and meeting so much of the community. Children excitedly moved from station to station playing and learning. As the day came to a close the children were sad to leave. Attorney Guthrie sends out a warm thank you to the operators of the event, and to those who participated. It was a great day enjoyed by all.
