Mount Pleasant Students Raise Over $1,300 for St. Jude

Chesterbrook Academy students rode tricycles around their school and held a lemonade stand to raise funds for St. Jude

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Mount Pleasant recently hosted a trike-a-thon in support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During the trike-a-thon, students rode tricycles around the school grounds and collected pledges. Prior to the trike-a-thon, students also held a lemonade stand to collect donations. In total, students raised more than $1,300, all of which will go to St. Jude to help save the lives of children battling childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others.
