New Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Office Opening at The Boulevard

As the Charleston real estate market continues to outpace many other areas, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Beach Company will open a new location in the heart of the action. Located at the Boulevard at 735 Coleman Blvd. Suite 116 in Mount Pleasant, SC, the office will be a hub for brokers, sellers and buyers and a critical part of the company’s overall growth plan. Doors open September 9, 2013. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm unless the agent on duty is out showing property.

Ben Schuyler, Director of Residential Brokerage for The Beach Company, is the Broker In Charge of the new location, and he also oversees the office at 1973 Riviera Drive at The Shoppes at Seaside Farms in Mount Pleasant.
