Town Selling Johnnie Dodds Fire Station

The Town of Mount Pleasant intends to sell a piece of prime real estate located on Johnnie Dodds Boulevard.

The town announced Wednesday that it is accepting bids for the former fire station at 526 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard. It's 6,000 square foot building located on .4 acres of land. 

The building is described as a warehouse, but considering its location next to the former Miller Cadillac dealership, which is also for sale, it's likely considered prime real estate for a developer.

The town will accept sealed bids until 3 p.m. July 9. Read more about the bidding process.
