Fundraiser: Divas in Distress

From Streisand to Spears, Mary Fishburne takes you on a musical journey through time, impersonating the iconic divas in history.

DIVAS IN DISTRESS - Starting with the soulful sound of Billie Holiday, followed by Doris Day, Barbara Striesand, Judy Garland, to Britney Spears - and - almost every iconic voice in between, multi-award winning vocalist Mary Fishburne transforms her voice throughout the show and hits all the right notes! She is backed by her live 4-piece band, led by the wonderful Manny Houston — who will lend his vocal talents as well. See a sneak peek video HERE!

This special performance of Divas in Distress is a fundraiser for the Charleston Acting Studio, Midtown Productions’ theatre education program. All proceeds will benefit the Art of Play Scholarship Fund, established in 2007 to ensure no one who sincerely wants to study theatre arts with CAS would be turned away.
