
Rhino Concessions is partnering with the City of Simpsonville to operate the concessions at the Heritage Park baseball complex.
Rhino Concessions brings more than 15 years of special event food service to Heritage Park including work with the Greenville Braves in the 1990s, Simpsonville’s Discover Island for the past eight years, four other waterparks in the state, the CESA soccer complexes, Greenville Little League, Furman University student events and athletics, special events, festivals and much more.
Rhino Concessions draws a majority of its staff from Hillcrest High yearly to work at Discovery Island waterpark, CESA soccer complexes, and special events. Rhino Concessions works with Hillcrest during their Spirit Week to raise more than $4,000 annually towards student philanthropy.
In addition, Rhino Concessions will expand the menu at Heritage Park to offer LiveWell approved healthy options as well as offer delicious deserts from its restaurant, Funnelicious.
"Heritage Park is an excellent facility and we are proud to work with the city of Simpsonville in this new venture,” said Mike Pennington, one of Rhino Concession’s co-owners.
